Understanding Webhooks
A webhook is a method that allows applications to exchange information in real time.
In Klaviyo, a webhook sends data to a third-party tool (Simio for example) as soon as an event occurs, such as an order placed or a new subscriber.
For example, if a customer places an order, Klaviyo sends that data to Simio. Conversely, if a customer reads a WhatsApp message, Simio sends the information to Klaviyo.
